• Information about Kazakh manufacturers and their products

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of QazMade, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Use the platform only for lawful business purposes
• Not misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Not engage in any fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws

4. Supplier Verification

While we strive to verify suppliers on our platform, QazMade does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any supplier information. Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into any business relationships or transactions.

5. Transactions

QazMade is a marketplace platform that facilitates connections between buyers and suppliers. All transactions, contracts, and agreements are made directly between buyers and suppliers. QazMade is not a party to these transactions and assumes no liability for any disputes arising from such transactions.

6. Intellectual Property

The QazMade platform, including its design, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by QazMade or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QazMade shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. QazMade makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the platform's operation or the information, content, materials, or products included on this platform.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Use.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Your continued use of the platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
